INGREDIENTS -

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


RECIPE -

  1. First heat your oven upto 350 degrees temperature. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl until mixed well. 

  3. Now place your mixture on the parchment paper. Now, flatten the mixture out like you would do with a pizza crust. 

  4. Now bake it for around 15 minutes. Then switch the oven to broil and move the baking sheet to the top rack for a few minutes. This will brown the cheese a little. 

  5. Slice with a pizza cutter, and enjoy!

  6. I like to dip it in a little marinara or pizza sauce. You can also garnish it with red pepper, parsley flakes or Italian seasoning.
